4.3 If assistance is required to move furniture, a charge of £30 per room will apply.
4.4 If doors need trimming to accommodate the new flooring, a charge of £20 per door will apply.
4.5 Any delays caused by unprepared spaces may incur additional charges.

5.1 Once an order is placed, no refunds will be offered, as all products are custom-prepared or tailored to customer requirements.
